After much debate, we’ve picked our top 10 laptops of 2017. This year has been a great year for laptops. Manufacturers have been scrambling to build better, faster, more affordable laptops than ever before. Obviously, that means that it has been a good year to be a consumer. Still, with so many options to choose from, it can be overwhelming to try to pick the right laptop. To help you out, we’ve ranked our favourite laptops from the past year.

Over the past few years, Dell seems to have perfected the ultrabook formula. The XPS 13 continues their tradition of creating fantastic laptops. This laptop is thin, lightweight, and has some great hardware. That includes long battery life for those wanting a computer that can get them through a workday. The XPS 13 is fast and responsive with a ton of ports. It also has a huge, nearly bezel-less display.

The display is stunning and its hardware is more than capable of handling most tasks. With a choice of i3 or i5 processors, it can almost hang with the XPS 13 when it comes to performance.

If you live your life on the go, you probably want a laptop that you can take with you. The HP Spectre x360 is light, small, and highly portable. 5. Apple MacBook Pro with Touch Bar (2017)

While Apple is offering great performance that’s similar to other laptops, it’s no longer the market leader. The MacBook Pro with Touch Bar is the top choice for those who want a laptop that runs iOS. Despite no longer being the best laptop on the market, the MacBook Pro will still give you fast, reliable performance.
