   The Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF 101 16GB is a 10.1 inch tablet that comes with a docking station and uses Android 3.1 (Honeycomb) platform. It is a tablet that can be transformed into a PC mode when attached to the QWERTY keyboard included in the package and which is claimed to add 16 hours to battery life.
   
   Unfortunately, it seems less than its advertisement. This can be upgraded, though. Basically the tablet has 8 hours battery life, aside from that of the docking station. It is advised to turn the tablet off if not in use just to help save power. Generally, users recharge just twice a week.
   
   The Transformer is only 1.5 lbs in weight with the width of 10.67 inches and 6.9 inch depth. It is so slim with only 0.51 inches height. This size obviously makes the Eee Pad Transformer very handy and convenient to bring almost anywhere to meet any multi-media needs. It is equipped with different latest technologies that make computing and gaming full of fun.
   
   The QWERTY keyboard which also serves as a docking station looks heavy-duty and provides protection to the tablet when it is closed. It is built with aluminum, both the whole front faceplate and the sides. Stoppers made of rubber are wrapped around the faceplate’s edges to keep the tablet from hitting the hard keyboard.
   
   The keyboard docking station is an innovative design that attracts people especially because at any time you can just detach the tablet from it for more carrying convenience. Moreover the dock is weighty and not suitable to take around. It is useful though in case your tablet runs out of power and you need to recharge. With a fully charged keyboard, the tablet will absorb its energy or recharge automatically once attached to it. The keyboard, however, is sometimes slow that some letters fail to appear on the screen as you type, although, that is really seldom.
   
   The Asus Transformer is a big screen edition of tablets that provides better viewing. There is no problem with memory size since it comes with a mini SD card slot for additional memory if desired. Plus, there is the mini HDMI output for an extra entertainment if attached to an HDMI compatible wide screen TV.
   
   The tablet comes with six free digital games. This device acts as a personal computer, a music library, a web browser, a social media and a gaming system, all in one. Moreover, it is touch screen and multi-touch screen. It has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a webcam. It is quite fast; booting up and shutting down don’t take much time.
   The wide display screen is Active Matrix TFT Color LCD. So, it is bright and really eye-catching. On the other hand, it catches finger prints easily and needs constant cleaning for a flawlessly clear screen.
   
   With all the nice features and many uses, most users consider the Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF 101 as the most feature-packed tablet on the market. This gadget serves its purpose and does deliver well as advertised. It can be your best tablet for the money.
